Park City, UT Skiing & Snowboarding

In terms of outdoor activities, Park City, Utah has it all. And in the winter, skiing and snowboarding dominates. Park City offers up loads of accommodation options, a quaint Main Street and a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Park City resort combined with The Canyons resort in 2014 to make the largest lift-served ski resort in the U.S.

PARK CITY RESORT

This historic mining town is now world-renowned for skiing and snowboarding. Three major ski areas call the city home and the beautiful Wasatch Mountains provide a backdrop for other winter activities as well.

In 2015, new owner Vail Resorts performed a $50 million improvement project, the largest ever of its kind in the United States. Park City Mountain Resort is now linked with neighboring Canyons Resort, putting 336 runs on the same lift ticket.

Park City is home to some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the world. With 62 lifts servicing more than 430 runs, and 9,300 acres it is nearly impossible to be bored while skiing here. With runs ranging from beginner to double diamond, there is something for every skier and snowboarder. Skiing is allowed at both resorts in Park City, Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort. However, Deer Valley does not allow snowboarding.
