Helmets have become a permanent feature on the slopes at all modern ski resorts. Our helmets are designed to provide both warmth and comfort. We recommend that everyone wears a helmet for safety.
Damage Waiver Adult Or Junior $4.00/Day
For a small daily fee you can cover your equipment against all incidental damages incurred during normal use. Unfortunately, the damage waiver does not cover theft or negligent use of your equipment, like skiing onto the sidewalk or down the street.
Canyons Resort, until 2015 was a stand-alone resort popular with locals for its accessibility and shorter lift lines than Park City Mountain Resort. With open bowls, huge amounts of terrain and the fact that it is closer to I-80 than the other resorts made it a great first stop on your way in to town for your first ski day. Now that they are one resort, you no longer have to choose. Stop at Canyons Village for easier parking and ski your way over to the Park City Base for lunch before working your way back to the car in the afternoon. Canyons Village Features the “Orange Bubble” a heated, covered bright orange 6-pack chairlift that is popular for its colorful pictures from under the dome.

QWhat is your cancellation policy?
Reservations cancelled 48 hours or more prior to scheduled delivery will not be charged. If cancelled within 48 hours, the guest will be subject to a charge of one full day rental per person plus applicable taxes on the reservation. Cancellation or delays due to weather or other reasons outside the guest’s control such as airline delays or cancellations will also be rescheduled or cancelled without charge.
QWhen does the rental period begin and end?
The rental period will begin on the delivery date when the equipment is delivered before 2:00PM. Equipment delivered after 2:00PM will have a rental period beginning the following day. Equipment not returned by 9:00AM the morning after the due date will result in an extra late charge per day.
QDo you have a damage waiver?
An optional Damage Waiver is available and covers damage to equipment caused by normal wear and tear incurred while skiing. It does NOT cover damage due to NEGLIGENCE, THEFT, or LOSS.
QHow does the delivery process work?
Don’t ever wait in line at the ski shop again! Our hassle-free delivery service will save you time, which means you’ll have more time on the slopes to enjoy with family and friends. We open earlier and stay open later than all others to ensure the best delivery time for our guests and to provide you with slope side assistance when needed. Fittings are generally done the night before your first day of skiing, this way you can wake up stress free and have everything you need to hit the slopes for first tracks. Our certified ski rental technicians will select and deliver your ski or snowboard equipment to your lodging property at your scheduled delivery time. Our ski technicians will custom fit you with the latest ski and board equipment based on your rental package, ability level, and the current snow conditions. Our delivery vans come fully stocked with lots of options and sizes so we can be sure all of your equipment fits properly. Returns are just as convenient and easy as delivery. When you are finished with your rentals, we come back to your lodging and retrieve the equipment with no need to intrude on your dining or travel plans.
QHow does slope side assistance work?
Our technicians are only a phone call away if you ever need assistance with your equipment. Our ski technicians can meet you at the base area or at your place of lodging to make any necessary adjustments or replacements and get you back on the slopes quickly.
QWhat are your delivery hours?
For your added convenience our Delivery Service opens early (7:30am) and closes late (10:00pm). We understand that traveling in the mountains can be difficult and unpredictable. If you’re experiencing delays or need to make special arrangements, please call your local office directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
QHow do you select my equipment?
Our state-of-the-art reservation system and our professionally trained rental techs use the information you provide to select the best possible equipment to suit your needs. If by chance the boot or ski is not suitable, we carry a full back stock in our vans that are parked right outside.

QWhat if I have a problem with my equipment?

QHow do I qualify for Kids Rent Free?
To qualify for our KRF packages your child must be 12 years of age or under. 1 child will rent free with each 5 day adult rental. This offer is not available at all locations.
QDo you rent helmets?
Yes, we rent Giro and Smith helmets for all ages and sizes. They are safe, warm, and stylish, and you can request them when making your reservation.
QWhat if I have my own boots?
If you have your own boots, you can deduct $5 per day from the cost of your package. Please specify when making your reservation that you have your own boots and select a “ski only” package.
QAre you individually owned and operated?
Yes, and we make sure each and every guest receives the highest levels of service and personal attention. Chances are the owner is the one fitting your boots!
QWill I get a refund if I want to take a day off in the middle of my trip?
No, renting skis is like renting a car: if you have your equipment for 5 days and you only use it for 4, you still need to pay for the entire rental period.
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of ski delivery. Any adjustments or additions can be made throughout the reservation period and will be adjusted by the Reservations Office. A receipt of all expenses can be emailed at the guest’s request to the email on file. If no email is provided, the Reservations Office cannot provide a receipt.
QSkip Day Policy
A “Skip Day” is a day where you might want to take a break from skiing, or have some other activity arranged where you will not be using the rental equipment. Instead of having to pay for the day the equipment is not being used, you will be refunded for the “Skip Day” as long as the Reservations Office is informed by 9:00AM of the Skip Day. The Skip Day Policy applies to reservations of 5 paid days or more per person.
