Fat Bike Rentals and Tours Near Me

CRUISER BIKE RENTALS AND TOURS NEAR ME

Fat bikes are the most commonly rented bikes in snow or beach destinations as they allow you to explore trails where a typical bike tire would sink in. Fat bikes are fun and are easy to ride, have a geometry similar to a mountain bike, and can come in a variety of sizes and styles such as hardtail, full-suspension and e-fat bike bikes.

If you’re planning on riding a snow-packed trail or ride on the beach, these are the bikes for you.

Some things to consider when renting a fat bike or taking a fat bike tour:

Fat biking in the snow

Dressing for the weather is critical and will make or break your fat bike rental experience. We recommend checking the weather prior to your rental experience and checking in with the local outfitter to make sure that you have the right gear for the ride. Having winter shoes with wool socks, base layers, warm pair of gloves, a face covering and a helmet will go a long way in keeping your core warm. On top of these, you can add layers that protect against wind, rain, and snow based on the weather and some additional layers based on the temperature.
